FAQ
Questions applicants ask
Do I need my own vehicle?
Not always. Cargo bike riders and walkers use ours. Van, car and moped drivers can be owner drivers or, for vans and mopeds, use one of ours. Tell us which in the application.
Do I need a CV?
No. The application takes about two minutes on your phone. We call you after that.
What licence do I need?
None for cargo bikes and walking. A car licence for vans and cars. A CBT at least for e-mopeds, and a motorcycle licence (or CBT for 125cc) for motorbikes. The form checks this for you.
When are the shifts?
We deliver 6:00 to 23:00, seven days a week. You tell us the days you can work.
How am I paid?
Weekly. Your pay is confirmed with the recruitment team for the role and location you choose.
What happens after I apply?
The recruitment team reviews your application and calls or messages you, usually within two working days. Then you send your documents, do an induction, and book your first shift.
What documents will I need?
Proof of identity and right to work (a share code if you have one), your driving licence if the role needs one, and insurance documents if you use your own vehicle.
